Kellan Lutz

This 25-year-old actor plays Emmett Cullen in the Twilight series. He's in the upcoming movie A Nightmare on Elm Street. He was a model for Abercrombie & Fitch before becoming an actor. Did someone say "yummm?"

Vegas

http://www.barepool.com/I am heading to Vegas this weekend, and we might hit Bare (The Mirage) and Krave (Planet Hollywood) on Saturday night. Got any tips? Other than the booze and clubbing, I am just looking forward to a nice and relaxing weekend far away from home and responsibilities. It's been a while...

He 3

So, the maker of the famous He Wolf video on YouTube recently posted a new video. He 3. Check it out. ;-)

News

I am seriously disturbed by this. So you probably have heard about the Westboro Baptist Church whose members frequently picket at funerals of US soldiers killed in the war. They believe that God is punishing the US for the sins of homosexuality by killing these soldiers. How fucked up is that? A father of one of the soldiers sued the church, and now has been ordered to cough up $16,000 to pay for the church's legal fees because those crazy people had the rights to picket at his son's funeral. Fuck the first amendment. Yes, everyone should enjoy the freedom of speech, and you can say whatever you want, but you have to take responsibility for what you say. You can't just simply defame someone or hurt other people with your words. Freedom of speech isn't exactly free. Is it just me, or does it seem like being crazy is the prerequisite for being religious these days?

Hayden Christensen - 2

I've been re-watching Star Wars lately and drooling over Hayden Christensen. If I weren't dating Pomona Boy, I want to make him my husband. LOL. (Part 1 of Hayden here.)

yummy... just the right amount of chest hair. :-)

Catching Up

So I joined LA Fitness about 6 months ago. I've been going pretty regularly (a couple times a week) but occasionally I would feel really lazy and not go for a week or so. After the new year, new members were crowding the gym in the afternoon, so I switched to work out in the morning. In the past month or so, I have been waking up at 6 AM every weekday and going to the gym, and I am starting to see pretty good results. I am amazed by my own determination and surprised I was able to keep it up this time. Of course, the eye candy at the gym is always a good motivator. There's this guy that I sometimes see and it seems like he walks out of an Abercrombie & Fitch catalog. :-)

Roy Ashburn

I am not sure if you heard about this. A California senator, Roy Ashburn, who has consistently voted against any gay rights measures during his 14 years in the state legislature, was arrested a few days ago for DUI. He was just leaving a gay club in Sacramento. Today he came out. Read the full article here.

Well, instead of being someone that is true to himself and stands for his own rights, I think it's sad to have to live a double life, and at the same time, it's extremely disgusting for him to publicly criticize and deny rights to gay people. Yes, I understand it's difficult to be gay. You can stay in the closet for all I care. But as a politician, not only did he do NOTHING to fight for us, but he also actually voted against all gay rights measures. This makes me sick. He could have been one of many that make history by fighting for human rights, but he's now just going down in flames as the one who's never been true to the public, his family and friends, and himself. A hypocrite.

I do support his coming out (even though he's actually "outed"). I hope that by finally being honest with everyone, he won't  fear to fight for his own rights and those of gay people across the nation.
